We are looking for an inside sales & customer service representative for our Ebay Sales Team with Automotive Parts Sales experience.
We specialize in GM Performance cars.
Automotive knowledge is required.
We have a Full Time position open for an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative for our Ebay Sales Team, M-F 8am-5pm.
Applicant must have the following abilities Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
Should have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively communicate over the phone This is a highly active, results-oriented position.
Candidates should thrive on meeting and exceeding goals.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Self-motivated, driven and focused.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
Dependability is PRIORITY.
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Experience with Quickbooks & Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) is helpful, but not necessary.
