How You'll ContributeThe Office Manager for the Easley branch location will report directly to the Director, HR.
This team member is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and maintaining efficient office operations.
This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting office needs including mail, inventory, and escalating office needs to correct departments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence related to office operations, and escalate issues as needed.
Manage incoming physical mail to the office and distribute mail to the appropriate internal teams.
Organize and mail patient documents for the Customer Connect Center and Fulfillment team for patients that elect paper mailings versus electronic mail.
Manage lunch orders and coordinate pick-up or delivery using judgement, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of meals while maintaining expense records and preferences.
Monitor and order inventory for kitchen supplies and office equipment and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and expenses.
Partner with building management to ensure timely and accurate access for new hires, and audit existing employee badges for security compliance.
Monitors site security system in conjunction with our IT Support Team.
Provide administrative support to the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
Coordinates ordering of supplies for the Easley location Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for office and HR-related activities, including employee files, expense reports, and other documentation.

In addition, this role requires:
High school diploma required.

years of experience in administrative support.
Reliable transportation to/from the Easley, SC branch location (29640) and the ability to be on-site 5 days per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
