Estes Heating & Air Estes Heating & Air Easley, SC Easley, SC Full-time Full-time $17 - $20 an hour $17 - $20 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Role Description Receive and process service requests from customers Dispatch service technicians to customer locations Coordinate and schedule service appointments Monitor and track the progress of service calls Communicate with customers regarding service updates and estimated arrival times Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions Collaborate with other departments File warranties with HVAC suppliers Order equipment from our supply houses Experience Previous experience in a similar role in a related field preferred Proficiency in using dispatching software and systems Outstanding customer service skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) HVAC terminology and software Proficient with computers, phones, and other office equipment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities Demonstrate an attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please apply with your updated resume.
