Quality Manager

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain high-quality standards for incoming materials.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate quality documentation and generate regular reports on key metrics for senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality management within an engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations.
IATF experience is required.
APQP, PPAP/FMEA, SPC, GRR, GDT, and Corrective/Preventive Action experience preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Certification in quality management (e.
g.
, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence) is desirable.
