Our client is seeking an experienced Data Conversion Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (MS-SQL, T-SQL), and familiarity with various types of databases ( Access, Oracle, VFP) and platforms (AS400 and Windows). This person will also need prior leadership experience - leading the team, managing schedules and budgets, and technical compliance.
Responsibilities
Drive efficiencies in data conversions and data verifications through the development of improved processes
Provide high level data analysis to guide newer Data Conversion Specialists
Ability to quickly gain working knowledge of product, interpret requirements and recommend solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking to resolve issues
Good customer service and oral/written communication skills
Positive, proactive, take-charge attitude
Two years of experience in data conversion, Two years of direct management experience
Experience with local government utility billing applications or other financial applications a big plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
